Happiness and Sorrow don’t come from outside

We all go through hard time  in our life .No one can clam that he lived  life without any hurdles.Where the differece liew is how we take them .I we face them kniwing that hard times come to actually grow us, we can face them in more subtle way and our mind will be in control.Many times when problems come we tend to loose this control thing .

We can maintain this control if we understand one factor .

That factor is about internal and external stimuli .

Need to understand that happiness and sorrow are within us .Events happen outside the body but effects happen within body .

We may not be able to control external events but we can certainly control the way they take effect within our body .

Some one may abuse you but if  you dont abuse yourself by getting hyper,it will not impact you.

Someone may ditch you but you dont ditch yourself by loosing your calm and becoming sick .

Someone may loot all your wealth but know that the mind and heart are the greatest wealth given by god are still with you .

God has gifted so many other things free of cost which we dont realize .

Be thankful that he has created sun for you ,

Be thankful that he has given you air ,think how much it would cost if you have to purchase it,

Same with water ,the trees, beautiful flowers, Mountains , beautiful  butterflies and other insects …

You think how much nature has already given for which you dont have to pay single penny

Now if some one takes something from you .How much he/she will take ? what portion of all what God has allotted you for free.

Keep you mind body and heart healthy which are the most precious gift of god .But be aware that they are given once .

They are lost if lost once .

They will not function as original even if medical science implants them in you .

Now what to do to keep them healthy

1-Keep up with your daily routine

Keep your body and mind Healthy.Do exercise , take medicine to keep you body healthy .
Pray god to keep your mind healthy

2- Help others :

I am writing this point separately because it very important point .Trust me it works .It has many factor .You help others and see smile or rest on their face you feel accomplished .They bless you .You come to know fact that you are not only the person who has problems .God blesses you for your good deeds .

Helping others can bring you back from deepest depression

3- Speak less but dont stop speaking

4-  Have good soundings and friends .

Hear preaching of saint and good friends

6-Avoid Electronic Gadgets ,Read Books ,participate in events and parties

7- Play with children,Make everything play instead of making it burden

8- Dont think about Complexities

Dont think too much about financial losses,personal relationship complexities .Nothing is more valuable than you mind and heart.

9-Recognize Outer and Inner noise and overcome it:

Outer noise is not only sound pollution caused by vehicles and machines .

Outer noise is the attacking word spoken by other whether you have made any mistake or not.

People sout because this is simply their nature .

Many times this type of noise is converted into inner noise .

It becomes very difficult when it becomes inner noise

Here are few examples:

  • Not able to overcome from the fear of any accident happened in past
  • The repetitive thoughts which keep coming in your mind and you can’t stop them
  • Always thinking for future plans without practically doing anything about it.
  • Doing perpetual analysis of others as well as yours and going into complaint mode or self criticism mode.
  • Never being in present .Always thinking about past or future.
